✒️ The Iron Front was an anti-fascist paramilitary organization in Germany during the early 1930s, specifically formed in 1931. It was established by the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD), along with affiliated trade unions and paramilitary groups, to oppose the growing threat of the Nazi Party (the National Socialists) and other far-right extremist groups. In recent times, some groups in America have designated themselves "Iron Front". Many of these groups are anti-authoritarian and anti-fascist. The triple arrow symbol has seen a resurgence in use in modern times. The arrows mean this respectively - Opposition to Monarchism - Opposition to Communism - Opposition to Nazism (Fascism in modern times)
