At Flagmaker & Print, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and custom flags. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
