and El Diablo. As mutinies started arising more and more from new policies which would cut the pay of those sailors whom belong to the royal navies of Europe. Killing their commanders and forcing off the rule of their ship's respective monarchs, the crews found themselves on the run by bounty hunters and other hired privateers . in the need for protection the mutinying crews had banded together to protect one an other and to provide the capital to keep the fledgling nation alive. Over time the number of ships in the republic had only grown as more disgruntled crews had rebelled. this group would remain as a relatively loose conglomerate of raiding ships, until one man know as Blackbeard had rallied a large force arounds his ship the " Queen Ane's Revenge" and had taken the port town of Nassau. From this new base of operations the ships under this pirate republic organized raids could be conducted with a twenty-five percent cut of the treasure being given to the republic. Over time the republic would gather the force capable enough to take most of the Carribean with only a few imperial holdouts left as most of the biggest cities touching the sea had been taken. the Carribean had become a lawless place dangerous for any ship not flying this flag, the only places that had a sense of order would be the main cities of the republic and surrounding sea and land. as the coffers of this new republic grew they had gained the ability to expand, build new ships, and recruit new crews to protect the true freedom of the high seas. the pirate republic still remains to this day but has remained a place without stability where might makes right. The seven lines represent the seven main regions of the republic, the Bahamas, Cuba, Santo Domingo, Florida, Puerto Rico, Caracas, and New Orleans. The seven stars are for the main cities of the republic, Nassau, Havana, Santo Domingo, St. Augustine, Caracas, San Jose, and New Orleans. The Seal of the republic is desplayed on the right.
