In a Catholic Theocracy, the Catholic Church is the supreme civil ruler and the laws are based on the teachings of the Catholic Church. The colours of the flag : Green is often associated with hope, renewal, and growth, which could represent the hope of the people in the Kingdom of Keagan. White is often associated with purity and innocence, which could represent the purity of the Catholic faith. Blue is often associated with loyalty, trust, and faithfulness, which could represent the loyalty of the people to the Catholic faith. The flag of a Catholic Theocracy is a symbol of the faith and values of the people in the theocracy. It is a reminder of the importance of the Catholic faith and the laws that are based on it. It is also a reminder of the hope, renewal, purity, loyalty, trust, and faithfulness that the people of the theocracy have in their faith. (The Idea was based on the Italian Federation in Keiserredux, it's a personal flag, and it only symbolizes me)
