The largest alliance of Interstellar Pirate ships had formed there own faction separate from those governments operating on earth. These ships had taken 21 planets on the inter national spacetime boundary between the United Pan-American Planets and the New Roman Galactic Republic. The Spacetime territory these pirates control sits on a crucial junction where almost all ships coming to earth moves through. The pirates stay alive through raids onto nearby UAP and NRGR planets and forcing tariffs on or holding hostage the trade ships coming from from the rest of the frontiers to earth. The black and white lines and the skull pay homage to their ancestors when the new world was discovered. the blue represents the ocean of space in which the pirate operate. the big golden star represents the freedom that the pirates use, but also is for the gigantic space megastructure called the PSR True Freedom that the pirates use as their capitol. the smaller stars represent each of the founding ships and the planet the use as their "base of operation". the golden wreath represents the treasure the pirate gain from raiding.
