✒️ My attempt at a redesign of the state flag Pennsylvania. In Kaiserriech it's the flag of the free Sylvania movement in Pennsylvania at the onset of the second American civil war, a group of moderates and pacifists attempted to form an independent uninvolved state (like new England) taking great inspiration from Quakers like William Penn (removing Penn's name from the state to be more in accordance with his original intentions, though refused to rename as new Wales) they attempted to organize negotiations between the radicals in the state. Fearing losing control of the state and access to the ports of Philly and New York, they were branded as reactionaries and counter revolutionaries by militant syndicalist's and violently repressed. With the last cells in PA being wiped out when their last sanctuaries on Amish farms were discovered during collectivization, after they were deemed Kulaks, and deported to Gulags with other political and war prisoners across the syndicalist states. Though some still survived fleeing across the great lakes or hiding in the mountains of WV and Western Virgina hopefully praying for their families and the day they can return to their home. Others who persisted abandoned pacifism and removed the Quaker star from their flags replacing it with the icons of whichever faction they joined as they marched on with revenge in their hearts. (the Longist eagle of the APG, the 28th inf icon for Federalists, and the British red Ensign for those who reached new England or Canada).
