✒️ The Socialist Greece Flag is a conceptual redesign of the traditional Greek flag, reimagined to reflect socialist ideals such as workers’ solidarity, economic equality, and social justice. While the official flag features nine blue and white horizontal stripes with a white cross on a blue canton symbolizing Greek Orthodoxy, socialist adaptations often incorporate red as a dominant color and may include symbols such as the red star, hammer and sickle, or raised fists. These versions are used by leftist political groups and activists to express their commitment to socialist principles and a vision of a more egalitarian society, while still acknowledging Greece’s national heritage through elements of the original design.
