The nation was made during the times of the communist era, and when the Union broke up, Redonia became an independent nation, a federal system. Before Redonia could even think about transitioning into democracy, the country fell into the Russian Republics sphere of influence, and socialism had taken over. For nearly twenty years, Redonia was under a socialist dictatorship before finally transitioning into a democracy at the end of the Compass war after the Kingdom of Chairia pushed out a Russian invading force after a coup in Ashgabat. Today Redonia remains a Federal a democracy, and may the Motherland continue her freedom.
