✒️ White flag with thin black border. Emblem is a few concentric circles with three more circles in the center in a trip grouping. Emblem sits closer to the head of the flag. Three lines expand from the center Emblem with some being thin and others not as thin but has a uniformed style. Colors are black, white, and a dark blue. Nine black stars sit of the header side of the Emblem. Split in groups of "two-five-two" by two of the lines expanding from the center.
