✒️ The Intersex Progress Flag, designed in 2021 by Morgan Carpenter and the Intersex Human Rights Australia organization, is an updated version of the original Intersex Flag, incorporating elements of the Progress Pride Flag. The design features the traditional yellow background with a purple circle, symbolizing intersex identity, alongside a chevron of five additional stripes in light blue, pink, white, black, and brown, representing the broader LGBTQ+ community. These additional colors emphasize intersectionality and inclusion, particularly for people of color and the transgender community. The Intersex Progress Flag aims to promote visibility, rights, and equality for intersex individuals while fostering solidarity with the wider LGBTQ+ movement.
