✒️ The flag of Namibia features a diagonal red stripe bordered by white, dividing the field into a blue upper triangle and a green lower triangle. In the upper hoist-side corner, a golden sun with twelve triangular rays is set against the blue field. The blue symbolizes the sky and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as rain and water; the red represents the people, their heroism, and their determination to build a future of equal opportunity; the green stands for vegetation and agricultural resources; and the white signifies peace and unity. Officially adopted on March 21, 1990, the flag reflects Namibia’s independence and national identity.
