After massive demand, Flagmaker & Print is proud to introduce Custom Rubber Morale Patches. These custom patches are hand-molded, crafted for military units, airsoft teams, and anyone who wants a rugged, full-color patch that stands out.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order
   
   Add the quantity you need (minimum 10 pieces) and complete checkout.

2. Collaborate With Our Design Studio
   
   Within 1–2 business days, our in-house designers will email you to refine or create your artwork. This professional service is included in the price.

3. Casting & Production

   • Your approved design is converted into a precision-cut aluminum mold.

   • Liquid soft PVC is micro-injected, layer by layer, to match each color zone.

   • The filled mold is oven-cured to create a flexible, rubber-like patch.

   • After cooling, each patch is trimmed, inspected, and fitted with the backing of your choice (hook-and-loop/Velcro® or sew-on).
