As the American Constitution Government and Union of America are locked into a Conflict, the rest of the United States are broken into varying warlord states, with a handful of States trying to retain control, be it Republican or Democrat. Such as Washington State, Oregon, California, Florida, and more. All with varying ideologies, goals, ethics, and focuses. The only objective that everybody has in common is Unifying the rest of the United States. Flag is based on the Hearts of Iron 4 Mod "The Fire Rises". And The American Constitution Government is based on a new Ideology called "Trumpist Populism".
